ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (BINGHILL ROAD, ABERDEEN)(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2021 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on Thursday, 17 June 2021, until 16:30 on Friday, 2 July 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Binghill Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Binghill Road West and Binghill Hedges. Construction vehicles serving the Robertson construction site shall be exempt. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. An alternative route is available via Binghill Road West, Binghill Drive, and The Meadows. There will be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Binghill Road, Aberdeen, from the driveway at number 33 Binghill Road to Binghill Hedges. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during electricity connection works.
