PUBLIC NOTICE THE PETROLEUM ACT 1998 Banff and Kyle DECOMMISSIONING PROGRAMMES CNR International (U.K) Limited, on behalf of the co-venturers in the Banff and Kyle fields and Teekay Petrojarl Floating Production UK LTD, has submitted, for the consideration of the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, a draft Decommissioning Programmes for the Banff and Kyle Fields in accordance with the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1998. It is a requirement of the Act that interested parties be consulted on such decommissioning proposals. The items/ facilities covered by the Decommissioning Programmes are: The Banff and Kyle fields subsea infrastructure and pipelines located 200 km North East of Aberdeen. Banff field is located in the UKCS Blocks 29/2a and 22/27a and Kyle field is located in the UKCS Blocks 29/2c and 29/2h. CNR International (U.K.) Limited hereby gives notice that a summary of the Banff and Kyle Fields Decommissioning Programmes can be viewed online at http://www.cnri-northsea- decom.com (see ‘Decommissioning Programmes’ page).
