ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (CITY FIBRE 25, ROSEMOUNT PLACE, ABERDEEN)(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2021 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 7 May, 2021, until 21:00 on 9 May, 2021 is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving in the bus lane on Rosemount Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Esslemont Avenue and Westfield Road. An alternative route is available via Whitehall Place, Craigie Loanings and Westfield Road. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
