ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (CITY FIBRE PN228, ROSEMOUNT, ABERDEEN) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2021 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Loanhead Place, Aberdeen, between its junction with Watson Lane and the boundary between number 5 Loanhead Place and Loanhead Court from 08:00 on 15th April, 2021, until 17:00 on 16th April, 2021. An alternative route is available via Watson Street, Rosemount Place and Loanhead Terrace. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Loanhead Place, Loanhead Terrace, Mount Street, Richmond Terrace, Rosemount Place, View Terrace, West Mount Street, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 15th April, 2021, until 17:00 on 5th May, 2021. Due to any ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, the no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no- waiting cones for no more than 50 metres at a time.
