ENQUEST HEATHER LIMITED PETROLEUM ACT 1998 HEATHER ALPHA TOPSIDES DECOMMISSIONING EnQuest Heather Limited has submitted, for the consideration of the Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, a draft Decommissioning Programme for the topsides of the Heather Alpha located in UK Block 2/5 of the Northern North Sea Sector of the United Kingdom Continental Shelf. In accordance with the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1998, it is a requirement of the Act that interested parties be consulted on such decommissioning proposals. The facilities covered by the Decommissioning Programme are: The topsides of the Heather Alpha platform located approximately 458km North-North East of Aberdeen.
