ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

(BLACK’S LANE / BLAIKIES QUAY,
ABERDEEN) (ONE-WAY) ORDER 2021
Aberdeen Harbour Board has made the above-named order in
terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
and Aberdeen Harbour Order Confirmation Act 1992. The effect
of the order, which will come into operation on 1st July 2021,
is as advertised in the Aberdeen Evening Express on 19th
February 2021; namely, to establish ‘one way’ restrictions on the
following roads: -
• Black’s Lane, Aberdeen, whereby vehicles will only be
permitted to travel in a northerly direction;
• Blaikies Quay, Aberdeen, whereby vehicles will only be
permitted to travel in a westerly direction.
A copy of the above order can be inspected by sending an
e-mail request to info@aberdeen-harbour.co.uk. Any person
who wishes to question the validity of this order on the grounds
that it is not within the powers of the relevant section of the Acts,
or that any of the relevant requirements arising from the Acts
have not been complied with in relation to any order, may within
six weeks of 6th April, 2021, apply to the Court of Session for
this purpose.
