ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (SKENE STREET, ABERDEEN)(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING FOR ANY PURPOSE)(NUMBER 2) ORDER 2021 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 16:00 on 26 February, 2021 until 16:00 on 12 March, 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of Skene Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Skene Lane and Summer Street. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during water installation works by Nicol of Skene for ACC.
