The Orkney Islands Council (Harbour Street, Bridge Street and Albert Street Car Park, Kirkwall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021 Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of site personnel and road users when maintenance works are being carried out at the Kirkwall Hotel, Kirkwall. The order will come into operation on Monday 18 January 2021 for the period until and including Sunday 14 February 2021 and its effect will be to close the road, footway, on street parking and section of car park listed in the Schedule, when required. The restrictions will be effective only when the relevant road signs are in place. Schedule 1. The section of the Harbour Street footway and on street parking area lying between the St Ola Hotel, Kirkwall and Bridge Street, Kirkwall. 2. Bridge Street, Kirkwall and 3.
