ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (CITY FIBRE 1, KIRKHILL DRIVE, ABERDEEN) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2021 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on 18 January, 2021, until 18:00 on 26 January, 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Kirkhill Drive, Aberdeen, between its junction with Dyce Drive and the electric sub- station at entrance to Wellahead Engineering Ltd. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during City Fibre duct laying works. The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:30 until 15:30 on 15 January, 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Fonthill Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Westbank and the east boundary of 54 Fonthill Road. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no- waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during ironworks renewals by Scottish Water. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on 18 January, 2021, until 18:00 on 22 February, 2021, is to suspend the waiting at any time on the south side of Hutcheon Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with George Street and Fraser Road.. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by SGN. THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (RUBISLAW PLACE, WAVERLEY PLACE, ABERDEEN) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING FOR ANY PURPOSE) ORDER 2020 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:30 on Friday, 15 January 2021, until 15:30 on Friday, 15 January 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on west side of Rubislaw Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Waverley Place and Albyn Place and on either side of Waverley Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Albert Terrace and Thistle Lane. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during ironworks renewals by Scottish Water. There will be three-way temporary traffic signals in use during these works. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on 18 January, 2021, until 17:00 on 6 February, 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the south side Upper Denburn, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Stevenson Court and entrance to Gilcomston School. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during Electric connection works by Nicol.
