c o u n c i l NOTICE OF REVIEW OF THE MORAY SCHEME FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMUNITY COUNCILS The current Scheme for the Establishment of Community Councils 2017-2021 (hereinafter referred to as “the Scheme”) was adopted by Moray Council on 21 March 2017. Notice is hereby given that the Moray Council is to review the Scheme in accordance with Section 53 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973. Any interested person or body is welcome to make comments regarding the proposed scheme for 2021-2025 in accordance with the timetable noted below. All representations received during the course of the review will be published on the website* noted below after the public consultation period closes. Information including the current Community Council scheme, area descriptions and boundaries of the existing Community Councils are available online at www.moray.gov.uk/communitycouncils.
