Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms
of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 06:00 on 21
September 2020, until 22:00 on 20 December 2020, is to impose
a temporary prohibition of driving on the C128C Cults-Kingshill,
Aberdeen, between its junction with Kingswells Roundabout and
Nether Kingshill. Access to properties will be maintained, but no
through traffic will be possible. An alternative route is available
via the A944 Skene Road, B9119 Skene Road, Queen’s Road,
King’s Gate, Anderson Drive, Seafield Road, and Countesswells
Road. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during

ORDER 2020
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms
of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of
driving on the following streets:
Prince Arthur Street, Aberdeen, between its junction with Osborne
Place and a point 10 metres in a northerly direction, and also
between its junction with Osborne Place a point 20 metres in a
southerly direction, from 08:00 on 23 September, 2020, until
17:00 on 25 September, 2020. Alternative routes are available
via Whitehall Place, Albert Street and Osborne Place, and via
Carden Place, Albert Street and Osborne Place; Blenheim Lane,
Aberdeen, between its junction with Desswood Place and the
boundary between number 2 and 4 Blenheim Lane from 08:00
on 29 September, 2020, until 17:00 on 30 September, 2020. An
alternative route is available via Desswood Place, Prince Arthur
Street and Osborne Place; Blenheim Lane, Aberdeen, between its
junction with Osborne Place and the rear of number 146 Osborne
Place from 08:00 on 5 October, 2020, until 17:00 on 6 October,
2020. An alternative route is available via Osborne Place, Prince
Arthur Street and Desswood Place.Access to properties will be
maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
There will also be a temporary one-way restriction on Albert
Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Carden Place and
Whitehall Place from 08:00 on 26 September, 2020, until 17:00
on 27 September, 2020.The permitted direction of travel will be
northbound only. An alternative route for southbound vehicles is
available via Whitehall Place, Prince Arthur Street and Carden
Place.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the
following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat;
Albert Street, Blenheim Lane, Blenheim Place, Craigie Park,
Craigie Park Place, Desswood Place, Osborne Place, Prince
Arthur Street, Whitehall Place, Whitehall Road, Whitehall Terrace,
Aberdeen from 08:00 on 22 September, 2020, until 17:00 on 2
November, 2020.
Due to any ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, the no-waiting
restrictions will not be implemented
for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as
and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated
by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 50 metres at a

The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of
driving on the following streets;
Kingshill Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Kingshill
Terrace and Kingshill Avenue from 08:00 on 22 September,
2020, until 17:00 on 23 September, 2020. An alternative route
is available via A92 North Anderson Drive, Midstocket Road and
Kingshill Avenue; Kingshill Avenue, Aberdeen, between its junction
with Kingshill Road and the boundary between number 3 and 5
Kingshill Avenue from 08:00 on 24 September, 2020, until 17:00 on
25 September, 2020. An alternative route is available via Kingshill
Road, Woodhill Road and Edgehill Terrace; Kingshill Avenue,
Aberdeen, between its junction with Edgehill Terrace and the
boundary between number 5 and 7 Kingshill Avenue from 08:00
on 28 September, 2020, until 17:00 on 29 September, 2020. An
alternative route is available via Kingshill Road, Woodhill Road
and Edgehill Terrace; Edgehill Terrace, Aberdeen, between its
junction with Kingshill Avenue and the boundary between number
21 and 23 Edgehill Terrace from 08:00 on 1 October, 2020, until
17:00 on 2 October, 2020. An alternative route is available via
Kingshill Avenue, Kingshill Road and Woodhill Road; Kingshill
Avenue, Aberdeen, between its junction with Edgehill Road and
the boundary between number 15 and 17 Kingshill Avenue from
08:00 on 5 October, 2020, until 17:00 on 6 October, 2020. An
alternative route is available via Edgehill Road, Woodhill Road and
Edgehill Terrace; Woodhill Place, Aberdeen, between its junction
with Edgehill Road and the boundary between number 16 Edgehill
Road and number 3 Woodhill Place from 08:00 on 7 October,
2020, until 17:00 on 8 October, 2020. An alternative route is
available via Edgehill Road, Woodhill Road and Woodhill Terrace;
Kingshill Avenue, Aberdeen, between its junction with Edgehill
Road and the boundary between number 28 Edgehill Road and
number 21 Kingshill Avenue from 08:00 on 9 October, 2020, until
17:00 on 10 October, 2020. An alternative route is available via

08:00 on 12 October, 2020, until 17:00 on 13 October, 2020. An
alternative route is available via Edgehill Road, Woodhill Place and
Woodhill Terrace; Kingshill Avenue, Aberdeen, between its junction
with Woodhill Terrace and the boundary between number 45 and
47 Kingshill Avenue from 08:00 on 14 October, 2020, until 17:00 on
15 October, 2020. An alternative route is available via Midstocket
Road, Woodhill Road and Woodhill Terrace. Access to properties
will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the
following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Anderson
Drive, Carnegie Crescent, Carnegie Gardens, Edgehill Road,
Edgehill Terrace, King’s Gate, Kingshill Avenue, Kingshill Road,
Kingshill Terrace, Midstocket Road, Moray Place, Morningfield
Road, North Anderson Drive, Oakhill Road, Raeden Court,
Rubislaw Den North, Woodhill Place, Woodhill Road, Woodhill
Terrace, Woodstock Road, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 21 September,
2020, until 17:00 on 1 November, 2020.

Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms
of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00
on 21 September 2020, until 20:00 on 23 September 2020, is to
impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Don Street, Woodside,
Aberdeen, between its junctions with between its junctions with
Great Northern Road and Western Road. An alternative route is
available via Great Northern Road, St Machar Drive, Tillydrone
Avenue, Tillydrone Road, Hayton Road. There will be a prohibition
of driving on Great Northern Road, Aberdeen, on the inset road
from number 366 to 386 Great Northern Road. There will also
be a prohibition of waiting on the same stretch of road. The

FOR ANY PURPOSE) ORDER 2020
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms
of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 until
16:00 on 25 September, 2020, is to impose a temporary prohibition
of waiting on either side of Hamilton Place, Aberdeen, between the
east boundary of 58 to the west boundary of 64 Hamilton Place
and on either side of Whitehall Road, Aberdeen, between points
30 metres south and north of is junction with Hamilton Place. The
no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting
cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s
expense. There will be four-way temporary traffic signals in
operation during these works. The measure is necessary to protect
public safety during ironwork renewals by Keir for Scottish Water.

to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of
Hardgate, Aberdeen, between its junction with Fonthill Road and
the north boundary of 177 Hardgate. The no-waiting restrictions
will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked

Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms
of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00
on Monday, 21 September 2020, until 17:00 on Friday, 23 October
2020, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting as per the
schedule below. Phase 1 will commence on 21 September 2020,
and each subsequent phase will not commence until the previous
phase has been completed. The restrictions will be demarcated

Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms
of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984. The effect of the Order, which will operate from 06:00
5 AUGUST 2019, until 23:59 on 03 JANUARY 2021, is to impose
traffic management restrictions on any of the roads as contained
within the list of Adopted Highways within Aberdeen City. These
restrictions may include parking restrictions, reduced speed limits,
reduced weight limits, reduced width limits, road closures, one-way
restrictions and / or prohibitions of certain manoeuvres. A full list
of the affected streets is available for public viewing at Marischal
College, Broad Street, Aberdeen. Road closures, including any
