DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (WOODSIDE AND STOBSWELL AREAS, DUNDEE) (20 MPH ZONES) ORDER 2024 Notice is hereby given that on 23/4/24, Dundee City Council made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which comes into operation on 30/4/24. The proposed Order was advertised in the Evening Telegraph on 22/3/24, and the effect of the Order is as advertised in the said Notice. A copy of the Order showing the lengths of roads affected may be examined on our website during a period of 21 days from 26/4/24. A copy of the plans can also be viewed by searching for “Traffic Regulation Orders” in the Roads and Travel section of our website. Any persons wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained therein on the grounds that the Order is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in any relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks from 26/4/24, make application to the Court of Session for this purpose.
