PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION PUBLIC EVENT
Proposed residential development on land at Baldragon Farm, (H70(2)), Dundee DD3 0SU.
Following submission of a Proposal of Application Notice to Dundee City Council, Avant Homes intends to submit a planning application for a proposed housing development on land west of St Martins Crescent, Baldragon, Dundee DD3 0SU.
Prior to the submission of the planning application, Avant Homes will be holding a public local exhibition on Wednesday 21st August 2019 from 1300 to 1900 at Strathmartine Parish Church, Strathmartine Road, Dundee DD3 9QW.
Avant Homes would welcome comments on the proposed development and would invite these to be provided either at the exhibition or in writing to Avant Homes, Argyll Court, The Castle Business Park, Stirling, FK9 4TT by Monday 2nd September 2019.
Note: This notice does not relate to a formal planning application. Any comments should be made to Avant Homes and are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted, normal neighbour notification will be undertaken and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations to Dundee City Council at that time. Further publicity will be given regarding the planning application when it is submitted.
