PERTH AND KINROSS COUNCIL (CAVENDISH AVENUE, PERTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING & LOADING) ORDER 2022 On 15/8/22 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of Cavendish Avenue, Perth between the Gray Street and Murray Crescent junctions for 514.27 metres or thereby. This applies on 24/8/22 for an estimated period of 4 weeks to permit footway resurfacing works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of thisOrder is 18months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
