THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (CITY FIBRE 43, KIRKHILL PLACE, DYCE, ABERDEEN)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2021
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 1
November, 2021, until 18:00 on 3 November, 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on
Kirkhill Place, Dyce, Aberdeen, from its junction with Kirkhill Road to a point 10 metres in a southerly
direction. An alternative route is available via Kirkhill Road and Dyce Drive. Access to properties will be
maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. The measure is necessary to protect public safety

THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (GREENBANK CRESCENT, HILLVIEW ROAD, ABERDEEN)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (NUMBER 5) ORDER 2021
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 17:00 on
29 October, 2021 until 17:00 on 19 November 2021, is to impose the following restrictions. There
will be a one-way system on Hillview Road and Greenbank Crescent from Redmoss Crescent to the
eastern junction at Greenbank Road. The permitted direction of travel will be anti-clockwise only. An
alternative route is available via Greenbank Road and Hillview Road. There will be a prohibition of
waiting on the same stretch of road. the no-waiting restrictions will only be implemented as and when
required. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during electricity connection works. Any

THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (IVANHOE ROAD, ABERDEEN)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2021
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 01
November 2021, until 17:00 on 12 November 2021, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on
either side of Ivanhoe Road, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 66 and 68 Ivanhoe Road
to the boundary between numbers 76 and 78 Ivanhoe Road. The measure is necessary to protect

THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (NORTH DEESIDE ROAD, ABERDEEN)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2021
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 22:00 on 28 October, 2021, until
22:00 on 29 October, 2021, there will also be a prohibition of waiting at any time on either side of North
Deeside Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with B979 Milltimber Brae and St. Ronans Drive. The
no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will
be removed at the owner’s expense. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during Albyn
School fireworks display.
THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (UNION TERRACE, ABERDEEN)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (NUMBER 3) ORDER 2021
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 06:00 on
30 October 2021 until 23:59 on 31 October, 2021 is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on
Union Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Union Street and Rosemount Viaduct. Access to
properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. An alternative route is available
via Union Street, Rose Street, Skene Street and Rosemount Viaduct. During these times the existing
right turn restriction from Skene Street on to Rosemount Viaduct, will be suspended. These measures
are necessary to protect public safety during works by Balfour Beatty as part of the Union Terrace

THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (UNIVERSITY ROAD, ABERDEEN)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2021
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:00 on 5 November, 2021, until
06:00 on 6 November, 2021, is to close University Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with King
Street and Orchard Road. An alternative route is available via Orchard Road, Orchard Street and King
Street. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by IDverde for Scottish

THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (WESTERN ROAD, ABERDEEN)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2021
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 1
November, 2021 until 17:00 on 24 December, 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on
the south side of Western Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Don Street and east boundary
of 3 Western Road. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense. Also the underpass from Western
Road, Aberdeen, to Hayton Road and vice versa, will be closed. The measure is necessary to protect

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2019
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order, which will operate from 00:01 on 4
January 2021, until 23:59 on 2 July 2023, is to impose traffic management restrictions on any of the
roads as contained within the list of Adopted Highways within Aberdeen City. These restrictions may
include parking restrictions, reduced speed limits, reduced weight limits, reduced width limits, road
closures, one-way restrictions and / or prohibitions of certain manoeuvres. A full list of the affected
streets is available for public viewing at Marischal College, Broad Street, Aberdeen. Road closures,
including any diversion routes, will be advertised with appropriate advanced signage and no-waiting
restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed
at the owner’s expense. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during roads maintenance
